1、根据部门总监制定的销售计划，具体执行争取商务、散客的销售工作。     Execute the sales plan established by the department director, specifically focusing on securing business and transient (individual) guest bookings.  2、掌握本地区及国内外商务、散客市场动态，定期向部门负责人提出销售调研报告。    Monitor local, national, and international market trends for both business and transient segments, and regularly submit sales research reports to the department head.  3、研究市场，预测商情，及时掌握市场动向，协助做好促销计划。    Conduct market research, forecast market conditions, stay current with market dynamics, and assist in developing promotional strategies.  4、制定、修改和审核有关报价信、合同及推销信件。认真做好商务、散客档案资料管理工作。Prepare, revise, and review quotation letters, contracts, and sales correspondence.
