1、认真贯彻执行酒店消防安全管理规定和各项消防安全管理制度； 2、积极参加物管部的各项防火安全教育和消防业务知识的训练和学习，通过经常化、制度化的学习和训练，使自己达到“三懂、三会、三能”，即：懂本岗位内的火灾危险性，懂得预防火灾的措施，懂得扑救初起火灾的方法；会报警，会使用消防器材，会扑救初起火灾；能宣传，能检查，能及时发现和整改火险隐患； 3、认真检查消防器材、内部装修设施及消防设备的完好情况。跟进施工队伍，根据《施工管理规定》严格检查施工情况，发现火灾隐患，及时报告； 4、如发现有异味、异声、异色要及时报告，并查明情况和积极采取有效措施进行处理； 5、当发生火灾时，首先要保持镇静，不可惊慌失措，迅速查明情况向消控中心汇报，要讲明地点，燃烧物质、火势情况、本人姓名、员工号，并积极采取措施，就近取用灭火器材进行扑救； 6、电器着火要先断开电源，再进行扑救。气体火灾要先关闭燃气阀门，如果阀门关不紧，先不要灭火，设法将阀门关闭再进行灭火； 7、负责保护火灾事故现场，协助有关部门调查火灾原因； 8、坚持落实上传汇报制度，消除隐患在萌芽状态； 9、签订保安人员《岗位责任书》负责对酒店区域内全面进行巡逻，及时发现隐患； 10、完成赋予的其他各项任务。

岗位职责 1.疏导过往车辆，保障大堂门前过往车辆行人的安全，使门前畅通无阻。 2.服务周到热情，见宾客主动问好，对乘车宾客要协助迎宾员照料宾客下车。 3.保证酒店和宾客的生命财产安全。 4.保持好与大门岗及停车场岗位的联系使车辆有序出入停放。 5.加强巡逻，发现可疑情况，视情况处理或及时向上级报告。 6.一般性纠纷和事故立即按程序处理，并及时请示汇报。 7.一旦酒店发生火灾应立即报警，按火灾处理程序向有关人员进行报告。 岗位要求 1.具有高中以上文化程度。退伍军人优先考虑。 2.处理事情要迅速，果断、准确。 3.具有较好的协调能力，懂得一定安全保卫知识。
