岗位职责 1.拟定酒店促销活动，完成团队和散客销售目标。 2.监督销售量、调整销售活动，完成计划目标。 3.负责公司客户拓展与维护、线上销售、渠道拓展的开展。 4.与会议相关部门的沟通，取得销售方面的信息和支持。 5.在部门年度预算内，推行销售计划。 6.保存以前、现在有潜力客户的资料，开发拓展本地以及周边城市的业务和生意。 7.制定临时时间表，记录上月的销售活动,收集每天的销售拜访记录并存档。 8.以周销售计划为基础，向市场销售总监提交销售拜访概况，和月销售拜访计划。 岗位要求 1.大专以上文化程度；3年以上同岗位工作经验。 2.有强烈的事业心，责任感和勇于开拓的精神，拥有良好的沟通协调能力，良好英语能力。 3.精通市场开发，公共关系，经营策划，贵宾接待及形象推广等。 4.有独立组织项目营销工作能力，兼备项目策划和市场分析能力。
