Primary Responsibilities 主要职责： To trouble-shoot, repair, operate and maintain the electrical , A/C and plumbing system of the hotel. Operate, fault-finding, repair & maintenance of A/C system such as cooling & chilled water system, fan coil units, air handling units, fresh air intake etc. To supervise , co-ordinate and perform the daily operation and maintenance of the shift, and keep all electrical system running smoothly. To assist the Asst. Director of Engineer & Technical in ensuring that all repair and maintenance and carried out. To check all electrical system periodically. 岗位职责： 1.负责酒店员工制服的收发和保管工作。 2.严格执行制服规定换洗时间，热心为酒店员工服务。 3.在制服换洗过程中，注意检查制服的破损情况，并及时进行修补。 4.发放制服之前，注意检查制服的洗涤质量，发现问题及时上报领班。 5.检查制服架及衣服的流失情况，发现异常或管理漏洞及时上报。 6.熟悉洗衣房的管理、运作，懂干、湿洗涤知识，熟悉各种衣物面料的质地、各种洗涤药水的性能。 7.熟悉并能熟练操作洗衣房设备。 8.处理客人急需的清洗服务。 9.维持客房布草和制服的质量。 岗位要求： 1、具备基本衣物面料识别及去污处理知识。 2、身体健康，体力良好。 3、具有团队协作意识，服从工作安排。 4、工作细致认真，责任心强。 5、有酒店洗衣房工作经验者优先。

1.在主管的带领下,搞好客房的接待服务工作； 2.负责检查楼层房间的设施设备、物品摆放、温度、空气、清洁等情况，保证客房的正常运转并达到规定的标准； 3.协助上级负责楼层员工每日工作安排，部署；所属设施设备的保养工作； 4.协助上级控制客房用品、清洁用品等的存量和消耗量，负责消耗物资的请领、报销、报废等事项,***限度的节省开支； 5.巡视下属员工的工作进度，抽查服务质量，发现问题及时纠正； 6.协助上级制定员工的培训计划，定期进行专题培训、技能比赛等； 7.协助上级领导检查并安排楼层公共区域的清洁卫生工作； 8.收取客人的宾客意见做好统计，投诉处理分析登记，做好个性化服务。 任职资格： 1.有两年以上本岗位工作经验，熟悉客房服务的操作流程； 2.身体健康，服从工作安排； 3.持健康证上岗，有星级酒店工作经验者优先考虑。
