Under the supervision of the Service Leader, the service associate controls the production processing to maintain the highest standard of product. He or she also ensures that stock levels of beer and supplies are adequate and follows all cleaning procedures strictly. Additional duties include laboratory analysis, production preparation, chemical handling, and following the instructions of the outlet manager. 负责餐前餐中餐后的服务工作，包括引导宾客入座、摆放餐具、点餐传菜、结账送别等，确保服务流程规范有序，提升宾客用餐体验。 熟悉菜单内容及菜品特色，主动向宾客介绍推荐，解答关于菜品、酒水的咨询，根据宾客需求提供个性化服务。 及时响应宾客呼叫，处理简单客诉并反馈给上级，确保宾客问题得到妥善解决，维持用餐区域的良好秩序。 负责所辖区域的卫生清洁，包括餐桌、地面、餐具的清洁整理，餐前检查设施设备完好性，餐后做好收尾工作。 协助完成食材、酒水的清点与领用，配合厨师及其他岗位人员做好出餐衔接，保障餐饮服务高效运转。

负责 24 小时监控酒店各区域实时画面，密切关注出入口、电梯、公共区域等重点部位动态，及时发现异常情况并第一时间上报安保主管或相关部门。 熟练操作监控系统设备，确保摄像头角度精准、画面清晰，定期检查设备运行状态，发现故障及时报修并做好记录，保障监控系统全天稳定运行。 严格按照规定保存监控录像资料，明确录像调取流程，为公安部门调查、酒店内部事件追溯等提供准确的视频证据，严禁私自泄露或篡改录像内容。 配合安保员及其他岗位人员开展工作，在接到巡逻异常、宾客求助等信息时，快速调取相关区域录像辅助判断，协助处理各类安全事件。 做好监控室日常管理，保持室内整洁有序，严格遵守保密制度，不随意透露监控范围内的宾客隐私、酒店运营等敏感信息，认真填写值班日志与交接班记录。
