岗位职责： 1、建立健全酒店治安保卫管理制度及各岗位服务标准，确保安保工作的规范化和标准化。 2、负责酒店安保日常管理工作，包括但不限于门岗、监控室、消防器材的管理和项目巡逻等。 3、落实酒店的“四防”工作（防火、防盗、防治安灾害事故、安全防汛），确保酒店日常安全。 4、安排和落实酒店的治安、消防、车辆管理工作，保障酒店区域内的秩序和安全。 5、组织保卫人员日常安全知识训练和业务技能培训，并进行考核，提升安保团队的整体素质。 6、制定酒店安全应急方案，并能处理项目突发安全事件，保障紧急情况下的快速响应。 7、及时处理治安类事件的投诉和突发事件，并做好相关记录及上报，确保事件得到妥善处理。 8、定时与相关方进行沟通，及时完善各项服务工作，以提升客户满意度。 9、熟悉治安、消防各岗位的职责、任务、工作要求、考核标准，掌握保安工作的规律特点，加强重点岗位的安全防范。 10、协助酒店与公安、消防、交通等部门的工作，建立良好的内部与外部协助关系，确保安保工作的有效执行。 任职要求： 1、大专及以上学历，至少3年以上五星级酒店相关工作经验； 2、持消防工程师证书、最低要求是消防四级证； 3、多业态管理经验，包括但不限于酒店、商城、影院、商务楼； 4、现场酒店保安管理经验，不少于5年； 5、统筹管理现场安全、秩序工作，做好项目4防工作：防火、 防盗、 防破坏、 防灾害 ，编制项目安全秩序标准化流程规范； 6、有酒店筹备期工作经验；

一、岗位描述 全面负责公司旗下所有项目（包括自有、租赁、合作及轻资产咨询项目）的工程技术管理工作，主导项目前期的技术可行性评估、设计标准把控及筹建期的工程质量监管。通过建立并推行公司统一的技术标准与管理体系，为项目拓展、品牌落地与高效运营提供坚实的技术保障与专业支持，确保项目在技术上的合理性、经济性与前瞻性。 二、岗位职责 1、技术标准体系搭建与维护：建立、完善并推行公司统一的精装设计、机电工程、节能减排等技术标准、管理制度与操作流程，并监督执行。 2、项目前期技术评估与决策支持：主导新拓展项目的现场技术尽调，对物业条件、改造难点、工程量及技术风险进行专业评估，编制《工程技术可行性研究报告》，为项目投资决策与合同谈判提供关键依据。 3、设计管理与专业审核：全面审核合作方或设计单位提交的建筑、精装、机电、消防等全套设计方案与施工图纸，确保其符合公司品牌标准、运营需求及国家规范，并提出优化建议以控制成本、提升品质。 4、工程筹建与质量全过程监管：负责项目筹建期的工程管理，监督施工进度、质量、安全与成本，组织关键节点的验收，确保工程按图、按标、按时高质量交付。 5、技术支持与跨部门协同：为在营酒店的改造、大修及设备更新提供专业技术方案与支持；与集团成本、设计、运营、财务等部门紧密协作，从技术角度保障公司经营目标的实现。 6、团队建设与专业能力提升：负责部门团队的建设、管理与培养，通过目标设定、专业指导与绩效评估，打造一支专业精湛、高效协作的工程技术管理团队。 三、任职要求 1、教育背景：本科及以上学历，建筑学、土木工程、机电工程、装饰设计等相关专业背景，持有注册建造师、工程师等相关职业资格证书者优先。 2、工作经验：8年以上酒店或大型商业综合体工程技术管理经验，其中至少3年以上部门负责人或技术总监岗位经验，具备从项目前期、设计到施工交付的全过程管理成功案例。 3、专业知识：精通酒店项目的精装修、机电（暖通、给排水、强电弱电）、消防等专业设计与施工规范，具备出色的图纸审核、技术方案编制及成本控制能力，熟悉项目开发报建流程及国家、地方相关法规与标准。 4、个人素质：卓越的沟通与协调能力，能够高效地与业主、设计院、施工单位及内部各部门进行技术对接与谈判；强烈的经营意识与前瞻性，能站在运营和投资回报的角度，对项目前期设计及工程方案提出建设性要求与建议；出色的分析与解决问题能力，能快速识别技术风险与核心问题，并提供切实可行的解决方案；具备卓越的领导力、团队管理能力和抗压能力。
