    Functions as the leader of the property’s sales department for properties with bookings over 300 peak rooms and significant local catering revenue. Manages the property's reactive and proactive sales efforts. Develops and implements property–wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand’s target customer profile and property associates and provides a return on investment to the owner and Marriott International.COREWORK ACTIVITIESManaging Sales Activities· Manages the development of a strategic account plan for the demand generators in the market.· Manages the property's reactive and proactive sales efforts. · Determines and develops marketing communication activities, in conjunction with Regional Marketing Communications. · Provides customer intelligence in evaluating the market and economic trends that may lead to changes in sales strategy to meet or exceed customer expectations.· Reviews the Strategic Alignment Review (STAR) report, competitive shopping reports and uses other resources to maintain an awareness of the hotel’s market position.· Research competitor’s sales team strategies to identify ways to grow occupancy and RevPAR and increase market share.· Attends sales strategy meetings to provide input on weekly and overall sales strategy.· Suggests innovative marketing ideas and develops deployment strategies to continue to grow market share.· Evaluates and supports participation and account deployment with Area Sales and Group Sales within the Sales Office.· Serves as the sales contact forth General Manager, property leadership team, Group Sales and Area Sales leaders.· Serves as the sales contact for customers;     岗位职责 1.根据本组市场开发计划,制定个人销售活动计划。 2.通过开发新客户,稳定老客户,以力争达到所确定的销售收入目标。 3.向销售部经理汇报市场信息,包括本市场状况、竞争对手情况、客户反馈意见等。 4.以外出销售、电话联络和信函等方式与所辖区客户保持高度联系。 5.处理客户的来电、来函。 6.协调安排自己所辖客户在酒店的大型活动及VIP的接待工作。 7.熟悉自己客户分类情况及各客户的需求特点和主要的竞争对手。 岗位要求 1.大专以上学历。有从事酒店前台、销售、公关等部门的工作经历。 2.具有市场调查和预测能力,能及是掌握市场动态,并能综合分析,及时地提出相应的措施和合理的建议。 3.有较强的语言表达能力,能撰写市场调研报告,具有起草工作计划、总结及业务汇报的能力。

    【岗位职责】 1、各类冷荤的烹调制作,根据卫生标准严格操作安全生产,保证食品的质量。 2、严格遵守每个工作流程,妥善保管各种冷荤原材料,合理用料,降低消耗成本。 3、负责对专用工具、砧板、容器等消毒工作,同时也要保持冰柜、烤箱等清洁卫生。 4、检查每日餐后的原料消耗,及时申购、补充。 5、配合食品检验部抽查菜品及留样品种并进行化验,确保宾客食品的绝对安全。 【岗位要求】 1、为人正直,有责任心。 2、有2年以上厨房冷菜工作经验 3、身体健康,能吃苦耐劳。
