岗位职责： 1. 督促宾客关系服务员，确保提供一致，及高水准的宾客服务；  2. 给客人提供水疗知识及个性化的服务建议，并为客人办理服务登记手续； 3. 熟悉水疗服务的相关的作业系统，为客人需求作出其服务安排，并通过系统协助上级进行业务报告及管理； 4. 确保接待处的布置整洁，以及相关水疗产品的库存充足，并按需处理订单； 5. 高效推动水疗中心管理团队所制定的任何促销活动。 岗位要求： 1. 具备5年相关的水疗服务及管理工作经验； 2. 熟悉电脑文书处理和水疗服务相关作业系统； 3. 具备良好的中英文沟通及读写能力，会其他外语优先。

【岗位职责】 1、了解酒店收益的组成，并以此去评估本地客户和集团的生意，便于为未来价格设置和磋商提供数据； 2、留意竞争对手所有收入部门的定价，了解本地市场的动态和需要的产生，并推荐适当有关酒店定价和市场组合策略的行动给收入室工作团队； 3、通过对历史数据和当前预订的分析，监控并确定市场需求并作出重大生意决策； 4、管理所有预订渠道。 【岗位要求】 1、1年以上同岗位工作经验； 2、英语口语及书面表达能力优秀； 3、具有同行酒店销售信息收集及分析能力。
