岗位职责： 1、预测市场需求，为酒店争取市场关键时机。 2、与酒店预订部及销售团队紧密合作以推动针对性收入，在个人和团队预定中始终坚持高标准的客服理念。 3、优化每间可销售客房的平均收益。 4、相应敏锐的洞察力，在酒店里利用收入管理策略的眼光来领导团队。 5、监督酒店各房间预订流量，节假日、特定时间段、OTA平台等价格展示情况，并确保操作系统与公司标准相一致。 6、具备制订和执行营业预算及经营计划的能力。 7、负责跟踪和分析预订流程，团队流量，特别关注和加强团队预留房管理，更好的做好团队适度减量，提高收益。 8、根据酒店收益情况做出分析，定期召开酒店收益管理分析会。 岗位要求 1、2年以上星级综合酒店或连锁酒店收益经理岗位工作经验； 2、具有团队协作能力和管理能力； 3、熟悉PMS系统； 4、出色的沟通、计划管理和问题解决能力； 5、对市场不断变化较有很好的敏感性； 6、具有一定的英语听说读写能力。

岗位职责： 1. 为客人提供办理入住和退房等手续； 2. 协助部门经理提升前台员工的工作表现以达到客人的满意度； 3. 具有相关的酒店管理经验 4. 具有熟练的英语和沟通能力 5. 熟练使用Opera系统 岗位要求： 1、大专以上学历，有同岗位工作经验1年以上。 2、精通前台的各项接待程序，沟通能力较强，解决工作中的各种疑难 3、性格开朗，有良好的个人修养，工作认真负责。
