遵守房务部制定的系统及程序。 履行清洁及服务公共区的日常职责，确保公共区的清洁达到凯悦品牌标准。 清洁并擦亮灯具及大理石面。 清洁客房、走道、大堂、餐厅、卫生间、电梯、楼梯、更衣室及其它工作区域。 清洁酒店外部道路。 打扫、擦洗、上蜡及抛光地面。 清洁毛毯、地毯、布艺家具及窗帘。 为家具及设备吸尘；擦亮金属制品。
