    Role Overview: The Director of Operations has a pivotal leadership role within the hotel. The role oversees and directs all aspects of the hotel operational departments which includes, Front office, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, Health & Leisure and other relevant operating departments.
