【岗位职责】 1、根据顾客需求，提供专业的发型设计、剪发、染发、烫发等服务，确保顾客满意度； 2、熟练掌握各类发型工具及产品的使用，保持工作区域整洁卫生； 3、主动与顾客沟通，了解其发型偏好及需求，提供个性化建议； 4、定期学习新技术及流行趋势，提升自身专业技能和服务水平； 5、协助店内其他员工完成日常工作，维护良好的团队协作氛围； 6、遵守公司规章制度，确保服务流程标准化、规范化。 【岗位要求】 1、热爱美发行业，对发型设计有浓厚兴趣，愿意长期从事相关工作； 2、具备良好的审美能力和沟通能力，能够准确把握顾客需求； 3、学习能力强，愿意接受新技术和新理念的培训； 4、工作认真负责，注重细节，有较强的服务意识和团队合作精神； 5、无经验者可提供带薪培训，有相关工作经验者优先； 6、能适应弹性工作时间，包括周末及节假日排班。
