    岗位职责: 1.制定并实施酒店营销战略,并根据市场变化做相应的策略调整,确保达成收益目标和利润最大化; 2.负责拟定市场拓展及推广工作的行动计划, 3.提升对市场的把控和敏感度,建立酒店销售体系; 4.建设合作紧密.高效能的销售队伍,提升团队成员绩效水平; 5.有计划开展各类公关活动,广泛收集顾客意见,保持与重要客户的良好商业往来; 6.制定年度营销计划和月度营销方案; 7.致力于营销管理水平、服务品质的提升,保持酒店前沿的思想、服务、管理与营销水平; 任职要求:1.同岗位工作经历,具有较广的知识面,知晓业务绩效管理.品牌管理与推广.营销管理等方面知识及相关法律法规;2.随时掌握市场动态,善于根据市场情况提出适合本酒店的应对措施;3.具有较好的社会交往,信息来源广泛,能与客户保持良好的沟通;4.具有较强的判断能力.决策能力和沟通表达能力;5.具有较强的事业心.责任感和良好的职业道德,有坚韧不拔的毅力和用于开拓的精神。
