4、协助楼层做好房间的地毯和大理石的计划性维护保养
5、要及时汇报地毯和家具的损坏,以便急修及降低损失
6、检查确保所有的清洁机器设备都有定期的清洁维护保养,以确保正常使用
7、与客房部主管沟通关于化学清洁用品使用的事宜,汇报发现的问题并提出相应的整改建议
8、负责酒店公共区域的鲜花和植物的状态良好,如需更换,请按照流程
1. Minimum 3 yearsof experience inthe same position in a 5-star international branded
hotel or comparableindustry related experience
2. Good knowledge of public areaoperation as well as in using chemicals and cleaning
machines / equipment
3. Ensure working knowledge of all hotel public areas and co-ordinate withother line
department managers in scheduling general cleaning and maintenanceof function
rooms, lobbies, and back of house areas
4. Assist in the planned maintenance of room carpets and marble in theguestrooms
5. Report any damage of carpet or furniture, etc. for immediate repairs, followingup
with the repair work till completion
6. Check equipment to ensure they are functional, clean and properly stored
7. Liaise with the Housekeeping Supervisor on chemical usage, problems orrectification
suggestions
8. Ensure flowers and plants are in good condition, act according toprocedures if there
are problems and inform the supplier to replace them promptly
