【岗位职责】
1、Responsible for guiding the steward supervisors and stewards in theperformance of their jobs.
负责在工作中指导管理管事部主管和员工的工作执行力
2、Operating supplies, cleaning supplies payrolland related costs.
运营物资,清洁物品,相关的费用控制
3、Responsible forimplementing the detailed cleaning program as scheduled, monitoring the resultsof each action.
负责按照清洁时间表执行,检查执行结果
4、Prepares purchase requisition for operating equipment and cleaning supplies, below the par level.
根据库存量准备清洁物资和运营设备的采购申请
5、Reports and monitors the Breakage and Lossreport for operating equipment.
报告和监督破损丢失
【岗位要求】
1、4years as Head of Steward in 4/5 Star category Hotel or individual restaurants with high standards. And at least have 3years work as Steward Supervisor level.
4年管理部管理经验,4/5星级酒店或级别很高的个体餐厅并有3年管事部主管級別的經驗。
Skills: 相关技能:
2、PC and basic software knowledge
计算机基本的软件知识。
3、Extensive knowledge of stewarding equipment and able to train colleagues
广泛的知识包括厨房及管事部设备和能够培训员工。
4、Others 其它: Must possess the necessary skills to be able to work hands on, and provide on the job training to associates to meet the set standards
能够完善必要的工作技巧,提供工作方面知识培训,并帮助员工达到标准。
