Responsibilities:
1.Know how to use the washing equipment such as washing machine, spin dryer, drum, and dry cleaning machine;
2.Know how to proper use of various items and chemicals in the laundry room;
3.Capable of handling urgent cleaning services for customers and ensure that all guest clothing is treated carefully ,minimize damage rates and provide good service;
4.Check and record the quantity and quality of the finished things;
5. Regularly maintain equipment and promptly report machine malfunctions;
6. Manage and supervise employees, inspect and train them on the correct laundry process.
岗位职责:
1、掌握洗衣机,甩干机,滚筒,以及干洗机等洗衣设备的使用方法;
2、能正确使用洗衣房内各类物品和化学剂;
3、能处理客人急需的清洗服务并确保所有客人衣物被仔细对待,避免损坏,向客人提供优质服务;
4、检查成品的数量和品质,维持客房布巾和制服的质量,并及时做好记录;
5、定期维护设备,及时报修机器故障;
6、管理督促员工,检查和给员工培训正确的洗衣流程。
Requirement:
1. At least 3 years of work experience in a relevant company.
2. Basic knowledge of detailed laundry room operations;
