2020年1月9日,舟山香格里拉一期项目正式开业,将闻名于世的香格里拉殷勤待客之道和标志性餐饮带到舟山。该一期项目将为本地市场及到访舟山的客人打造以独立餐厅 “拾捌香潮” 和高端宴会服务为主打的全新体验。香格里拉还在第一期开业的28间客房中试用了新的智能酒店技术。
In January 2020, Shangri-La Group brought its legendary “Hospitality from the Heart” and signature culinary experiences to Zhoushan. Under Phase I of the project development, Shangri-La present an entirely new hotel experience and product mix by focusing on its standalone food and beverage outlet - CHAO No.18 and its premium event-catering business. Shangri-La also pilot its new smart hotel technology in the 28 guestrooms in the Phase I opening.

We are currently looking for a Service Leader - Kitchen to join our team.
工作概述:
1、协助冷菜间的日常运营管理,确保冷菜出品质量、卫生标准及食品安全符合酒店要求;
2、协助冷菜厨师长研发新菜品,定期更新菜品以提升顾客满意度;
3、监督冷菜制作流程,控制食材成本,合理规划原料采购与库存管理;
4、检查冷菜间设备运行状况,确保工作环境安全、整洁,符合卫生规范;
5、协调与其他厨房部门的工作配合,确保出菜效率与整体运营顺畅。
岗位要求:
1、具备冷菜制作相关经验,熟悉各类冷菜工艺及摆盘技巧;
2、了解食品安全法规及厨房卫生管理标准,持有健康证;
3、工作细致认真,责任心强,能够承受高强度工作压力;
4、具备创新意识,能够根据市场需求调整菜品结构;
5、有酒店或高端餐饮行业工作经验者优先。

岗位职责:
Clean and service assigned guest rooms and corridors to the highest standards possible.
确保对所指定的客房及走廊提供高标准清洁及服务。
任职资格:
1. Over 1 year of related working experience. preferred on a similar position within a similar quality hotel.
一年以上相关工作经验,有同等质量酒店相似岗位工作经验者优先考虑。
2. Good communication skill.
良好的沟通技巧。
3. Good sense of responsibility, team spirit, good execution ability.
有责任心与团队精神,执行力强。
4. Good knowledge of Housekeeping Guest floors daily operation.
具有良好的客房部楼层日常操作方面的知识。
5. Flexible with working hours, able to work morning shift, evening shift, week – ends and public holidays.能够适应变动的工作时间,可以上早班和夜班,并且能在周末和公共假日上班。
6. Good knowledge for using chemicals and clean rooms.
具有良好清洁剂使用及清洁房间方面的知。
7. Able to working hard, honest with service passion.

Assists to ensure that the Food and Beverageactivities are aligned with the respective Corporate Strategy, and that theHotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate.
