掌握使用互联网及其它主要电脑系统的知识

掌握应用销售及前台的电脑系统

了解商务旅游、旅游业国际市场,会议旅游及餐饮销售

能够掌握和理解市场和竞争

必须具备良好的中,英文读写能力

良好的电脑技能,至少会使用微软2003或以上操作系统、微软办公软件2003或更高版本、互联网及其它的流行出版软件

3年销售与市场推广方面的经验, 包括在国际连锁酒店的管理经验并有最少2年的销售经理经历
确保餐厅的顺利运作,并超越客人的期望。根据标准与程序将餐厅作为生意单位来经营。作为餐厅经理应不断提高、完善管理技能,以实现本部门在客人满意率、利润收入指标、提高员工士气等方面目标。
To ensure smooth andefficient operation of the assigned outlet. Operate the outlet as a businessunit as per the standards and procedures and practice managerial principles, in order toachieve departmental goals, in terms of Guest Satisfaction, financial targets,and training and high employee morale.

检查所有餐厅和宴会多功能厅的摆台情况,确保按时为客人提供高标准的服务与食品。
· To constantly check the quality of food prepared with regard to taste and temperature.
随时检查已准备好的食品的味道与温度。
· To insist on a uniform visual appearance of all dishes prepared. Presentation and garnish must be prepared according to standards.
保持各类菜肴整体外观配套一致,且外观和修饰要符合酒店标准。
· To monitor and fully implement the portion control established with the recipe cards and the butcher test. To minimize waste and spoilage.
监督并全面实施根据配料卡和分肉试验而进行分量控制,使浪费和变质最小化。
· To check stores and refrigerators and be responsible for the proper storing and recycling of leftovers.
检查库房和冰箱,做好正确储备和废物利用。
· Ensure smooth and effective communication among the kitchens and with other departments.
确保厨房和其他部门之间的交流畅通而有效。
· To work closely with receiving and storeroom. To make sure that received goods are of the standard quality and according to hotel’s specifications.
与收货部和库房密切合作,确保所收货物符合酒店规定的质量标准。
· To constantly be alert on freshness, presentations and temperature of food served.
特别注意为客人提供的食品的新鲜度,外观和温度。
· To supervise food tasting sessions 监督食品品味部门的工作。
工作要求:
Minimum 5years experience in an international class hotel;
- 5年在国际星级酒店工作相关经验;
- 2年以上相关五星酒店宴会厨师长经验者优先考虑
- 具有一定抗压能力,能和各个部门良好的沟通协调
- 能够操作电脑及餐饮相关系统
