2. Ability todeal with staff and guest issues in a timely manner, resolving all issues in aneffective and professional manner, and ensuring that both guest and staffissues are resolved to their satisfaction.

3. Always putthe guest first in front of any work.

4. Ensure thatthe service procedures of the department are adhered to.

5. Any hazardsand injuries and equipment breakage and damage required by people andassistance please inform the manager immediately. Be able to respondappropriately to any emergency at the hotel.

• Supervise the day-to-day human resource task; 监督日常人力资源工作任务;
• Responsible for human resources planning, recruitment, performance management, C&B; 负责人力资源规划、招聘、绩效管理、薪资福利等;
• Responsible for training and development; 负责培训和员工发展规划;
• Provide management with the guidance of the human resources work and develop their people management skills and knowledge; 为管理层提供人力资源实际工作的指导并发展他们的人员管理技巧及知识;

Helps manage stocks of crockery and appliances, by informing his/her superior of any abnormal losses or breakages 帮助管理库存的瓷器和设备,如有任何非正常损失或损坏及时通知直属上级
