岗位职责
1.Checks rooms and making sure they meet specified standards of cleanliness.
检查客房以确保客房达到清洁的特定要求。
2.Communicates with Executive Housekeeper daily.
每日与客房部管家交流情况。
3.Answers guest questions by having a full knowledge of hotel facilities.
以对宾馆的详尽了解来回答客人的提问。
4.Keeps work area clean and tidy at all times
始终保持工作区域干净整齐。
5.Ensure that all equipment is kept in clean working condition.
保证所有设备保持良好的工作 状态。
6.Co-ordinates with other departments any work necessary to maintain the efficient and effective operation of the Hotel.
与其它部门合作完成任何必要的工作,以保证酒店的高效运转。
7.Reports any suspicious persons to Security department immediately.
及时向保卫部报告可疑人物。
岗位要求
1.大专毕业学历或同等以上文化程度。
2.有3年以上客房管理工作经验或3年以上同星级酒店客房管理工作经验。
3.熟悉本部门专业知识,熟练使用电脑。
4.身体健康,相貌端正。
5.受过专业培训;并且能力出众者。

Qualifications –
学历
·High School or Diploma in HotelAdministration, Hotel Management or equivalent
高中或酒店行政管理,酒店管理或相当的大专学历。
Experience –
经验
·2 years Floor experience preferably in a hotel of similarsize and complexity and including supervisory experience or training.
最好拥有在相似规模酒店2年工作经验,包括的管理经验或培训经验。
·Type and levelof experience required may vary slightly based on size and complexity ofoperation
