【岗位职责Job Description】
1.完整且准确的填写客房清洁情况记录。
Records and completes the Attendant’s Verification Reportaccurately.
2.检查并清洁使用的设备。
Checks andcleans operating equipment.
3.清洁并整理客房。
Cleans and make-up guest rooms.
4.提供夜床服务。
Provides night turndown service.
5.房间清洁完毕后,通过房间电话或者HOTSOS 更改房态。
Updates room status via telephone interface system or HOTSOSsystem after room cleaning.
6. 完成其他合理分配的职责和任务。
Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilitiesas assigned.
▪ 保持对酒店及海南富力海洋欢乐世界的设施、特色和服务的详细认知。
Maintains a detailedknowledge of Hotel and Hainan R&F Ocean Paradise’s facilities, features andservices.
▪ 协助数字营销总监发展良好的媒体关系,策划新闻发布会以及其它公关活动,提高酒店知名度和抵销负面影响。
Support the Director ofDigital to develop media contacts and organize media activities to promote goodpublicity and drive hotel awareness.
▪ 通过发送新的酒店报道、推广或活动的新闻稿给媒体、商业刊物和本地社区,建立持续的酒店知名度。
Build continued hotelawareness by delivering new hotel stories and press releases of promotion orevent to media, trade publications and local community.
▪ 协助数字营销总监执行内部运营沟通,与餐饮部、房务部、美工协同合作,整合资源与内容,根据品牌标准,制作酒店和市场推广的宣传印刷品。
Supportthe Director of Digital to facilitate internal communications, work withF&B, Rooms and Artist to integrate resources, create content and to develophotel and marketing collaterals according to Brand standards forpromotions
