岗位职责:
1.Attendantto hotel main entranceand City insider counter to greet andassist guests at all times.
随时在酒店主要入口和礼宾台问候和协助客人。
2.Controlthe traffic at the hotel front entrance area, ensure hotel iswell representedat the hotel main entrance.
管理酒店正门区域车辆交通,确保酒店主要出入口畅通。
3.Actively assist all guests in the lobby pertaining to luggagedeliveryduring guest check-ins and check-outs.
在入住和退房的高峰期,主动为大堂客人提供行李递送服务。
4.Ensure thesafe delivery of all hotel and guest items to the stipulateddestinations andmaintain proper hotel records of the delivery informationaccording to hotelpolicy and procedures.
确保酒店和客人的所有物品安全送达指定地点,并遵循酒店政策与程序记录存档。
5.Well know NiccoloInsider Information and hotel information, familiarwith and updated IFSpromotion information, provide assistance and directions toall hotelpatrons.
精通城市、购物中心和酒店信息,熟悉并更新IFS促销信息,为酒店客人提供帮助和指引。
6.Grooming and appearance, it has to be the best in hotel. Smile andinitiative is also compulsory.
需要保持端庄的仪容仪表及外貌,微笑和主动性同样必不可少。
7.Carries outany other reasonable duties and responsibilities asassigned.

任职资格:
1. High School Junior Colleague Diploma
至少大专学历
2. Hospitality related (Preferred but notrequired)
