岗位职责 1.熟悉部门工作细则和流程； 2.以项目方式，参与相关的公司管理工作； 3.需每个工作计划阶段针对公司日常管理上交书面化建议； 4.执行公司安排的其他相关工作。 岗位要求 1.有志在酒店行业发展的应届毕业生/实习生； 2.对担任酒店管理人员具有高度期望； 3.热爱服务行业，具有良好的顾客服务意识、亲和力、沟通技巧和团队合作精神。

任职资格：  1.同职位工作经验；  2.诚实，积极的工作态度。  3.能承受一定的工作压力，有平烫工作经验优先。

【岗位职责】 1、随时为客人提供准确、快捷、礼貌的服务，必须在电话铃声三声之内接起电话。 2、掌握客房状况和预订状况，以及向订房单位或个人索取必要的预定资料,确保电脑中的预定信息齐全。 3、处理传真和电话预定，准确在电脑系统中输入房间预定，并在当天及时回复和确认。 【岗位要求】 1、大专学历或同等文化程度。 2、熟悉电脑操作。 3、具有良好的中英文表达能力。
