As In-Room Dining Captain you will be responsible for the following duties: The In-Room Dining Captain will work with the waiters to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction through the accurate and timely delivery of all orders and amenities received per the Order Taker.  To provide back up for the Manager and Assistant Manager, take responsibility for supervising and coordinating the daily In-Room Dining activities and maintaining the highest standard of service established by the hotel. As In-Room Dining Captain we expect from you:  Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a luxury establishment Have a keen interest in food and the culinary ambitions of the establishment. Willing to work a flexible schedule and holidays. Work in a safe, prudent and organized manner Have an in-depth knowledge of food and preparation Have a good knowledge of wine and beverages Be able to relate to all levels of guests and management Have the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time Have excellent communication and organization skills Be able to consistently delight and satisfy our guest Have the ability to handle guest requests in a detailed manner Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English and local language Professional appearance and demeanor at all times Have mathematical skills, computer software aptitude (as required) and some hotel operation knowledge Actively looking to be ‘Best in class’ Actively looking to use the career development within MOHG Desire to understand and research competition Committed to improvement and knowledge of hospitality outside work. 【岗位职责】 1、负责客房部的物料财产的管理工作； 2、掌握客房部固定财产的分类及使用情况，并按分级管理的要求做好各类财产的收货、发货、清点、记账、更新、添置、转移、出借等登记工作； 3、熟悉各种客用品和客房小酒吧酒水的名称规格和质量标准，做好领用、发放、登记、保管和耗用报账工作，按时分析汇总盘点； 4、保持备用物料用品货架、仓库的整洁、安全； 5、负责领用物品的搬运工作； 6、做好仓库的消防安全工作，杜绝安全隐患； 7、完成上级领导要求的其它工作。 【岗位要求】 1、积极的工作态度和良好的团队合作意识； 2、有较强的学习能力、适应能力和沟通能力； 3、身体健康状态良好，抗压能力强； 4、具备基础的财务知识，熟悉计算机办公软件。

【岗位职责】 1、关注房间状态并了解未来预测的房价，接受客人线上、线下对酒店的预订需求； 2、始终清楚地了解所有的价格、价格体系及其适用性； 3、处理散客及团队预订，保证酒店PMS信息的准确性； 4、确保所有预订信息正确有效，以简化客人的入住及离店手续。 【岗位要求】 1、熟练掌握电脑办公软件； 2、独立工作及团队工作能力； 3、具有良好的管理、沟通、协调能力。
