As a Trainee, we rely on you to:

1.Familiar with the working rules and procedures of the department;
2.Participate in relevant company management work in the form of projects;
3.Written suggestions should be submitted to the daily management of the company at each stage of the work plan;
4.Perform other related work arranged by the company.

To drop off and collect guests in the hotel
buggy according to the standards and procedures of the hotel.
按酒店标准程序用电瓶车接送客人。
To deliver newspapers and messages to guests
villas, and to deliver and collect luggage in a timely and efficient manner.
送报纸、信息和行李到客人房间要及时有效并礼貌对待客人。
To load and unload cars on arrival and
departure of guests, and assist guests entering and leaving the vehicles.
在客人上下车时帮客人开车门并提醒客人车顶高度。
To ensure that guests expectations are met or
exceeded by providing an efficient, friendly and attentive service.
确保给客人提供客人满意并期望的服务或超出客人的期望服务。
To check the concierge counter and public
area around the Lobby to keep it clean, tidy and report any defects.

To check the hotel buggies making sure they
are clean and in good working order.

To supervise the traffic at the porte
cochere.

Answers guest inquiries by providing accurate
and appropriate information.

Try to address guest by name when delivering
service to the guests.

Handles customer complaints if possible, or
reports them to supervisors.
