•Welcome and serve guest that walks into the outlet, adapting the serving style to the guest needs with intuitive but always culturally correct service.

•Use the Art of Service and be responsible for the whole guest journey in and beyond the restaurant experience.
使用服务艺术,并负责客人在餐厅和离店时的体验。
•Maintain a thorough knowledge of signature dishes on the menu and their preparation methods, to provide the guests with an accurate recommendation.
全面了解招牌菜,并为客人提供准确的建议。
•Know how to courteously answer the phone both internal and external and use the general rules of phone etiquette.
了解如何礼貌地回答内部和外部的电话,并使用电话礼节的通则。
•Demonstrate good knowledge of F&B POS System.
展示对餐饮 POS 系统的良好了解。
•Be responsible for table settings according to hotel standards and the restaurant concept.
根据酒店标准和餐厅概念负责摆台。
•Check that all F&B equipment is clean, polished, and organized.
检查所有餐饮设备是否干净、抛光和有序安排。
•Maintain all standards of food and beverage hygiene.
维持所有餐饮卫生标准。
•Handle all OS&E and equipment carefully and responsibly to keep damage and breakage to a minimum.

Shangri-La, Zhoushan 舟山香格里拉
2020年1月9日,舟山香格里拉一期项目正式开业,将闻名于世的香格里拉殷勤待客之道和标志性餐饮带到舟山。该一期项目将为本地市场及到访舟山的客人打造以独立餐厅 “拾捌香潮” 和高端宴会服务为主打的全新体验。香格里拉还在第一期开业的28间客房中试用了新的智能酒店技术。
In January 2020, Shangri-La Group brought its legendary “Hospitality from the Heart” and signature culinary experiences to Zhoushan. Under Phase I of the project development, Shangri-La present an entirely new hotel experience and product mix by focusing on its standalone food and beverage outlet - CHAO No.18 and its premium event-catering business. Shangri-La also pilot its new smart hotel technology in the 28 guestrooms in the Phase I opening.

工作概述:
1、负责面点厨房的日常运营管理,包括面点制作、出品质量把控及成本控制;
2、根据酒店需求,设计并开发符合标准的面点菜单,确保品种多样且符合客人喜好;
3、监督面点制作流程,确保食品安全、卫生标准及操作规范得到严格执行;
4、定期检查厨房设备,确保其正常运行,并及时上报维修需求;
5、协助采购部门进行原料验收,确保食材新鲜、优质且符合成本预算;
6、配合餐饮部完成各类宴会、活动的面点供应任务。
岗位要求:
1、具备扎实的面点制作技能,熟悉各类中式、西式面点的制作工艺;
2、了解食品安全法规及厨房卫生标准,具备较强的食品安全意识;
3、具备创新意识,能够根据市场需求调整面点品种;
4、良好的沟通协调能力,能够与各部门顺畅合作。

5、协调与其他厨房部门的工作配合,确保出菜效率与整体运营顺畅。
岗位要求:
1、具备冷菜制作相关经验,熟悉各类冷菜工艺及摆盘技巧;
2、了解食品安全法规及厨房卫生管理标准,持有健康证;
3、工作细致认真,责任心强,能够承受高强度工作压力;
4、具备创新意识,能够根据市场需求调整菜品结构;
5、有酒店或高端餐饮行业工作经验者优先。
