【职位描述】
1.To distribute assignment to PA attendant.
给公共区域员工分配任务。
2.To keep following up the repairing work until it has been completed.
跟踪急修事宜,确保维修已经完成。
3.To check equipment to assure they are functional, clean and properly stored.
检查确保机器的被清洁、正常工作及妥善存放。
4.To check all the rest rooms frequently to keep up a hygienic standard.
检查所有洗手间始终处于高卫生标准。
【任职要求】
1.Minimum 2 years to be PA attendant and 1 year PA supervisor in Housekeeping department.
管家部两年以上公共区域服务员及一年公共区域主管工作经验。
2.Good eyesight.
视力良好。
3.Must be physically fit and able to work long hours.
身体健康,能够适应长时间工作。
· Ensure working knowledge of allhotel public areas
· 熟悉酒店所有公共区域。
· Ensure cleaning schedules arecompleted in a routine and timely manner
· 确保及时完成日常保洁工作。
· Respond to emergencieseffectively and efficiently
· 有效地处理应急事件。
· Liaise with Housekeeping Supervisorin relation to chemical usage, problems or rectification suggestions
· 与客房部领班沟通关于化学清洁用品使用的事宜,汇报发现的问题并提出相应的整改建议。
· Contribute to HousekeepingDepartmental Meetings
· 参与客房部部门会议。
· Maintain knowledge of specialprograms and events in the hotel in order to recognise and respond to guestsneeds
· 掌握酒店各类特殊活动信息以便发现并满足客人需求。
· Maintain Hotel information tobe able to provide information to guests
· 熟悉酒店情况,向客人提供相关信息。
· Assist guests and escort themto locations within the hotel at their requests
· 乐于帮助客人,并按照客人的要求陪同其到达酒店内的指定地点。
· Complete tasks as directed byManagement
· 完成管理层交办的工作。
· Refer major complaints tomanagement
· 向上级领导汇报客人的重大投诉。
· Operate equipment safety andsensibly
· 安全正确地使用保洁设备。
· Maintain stock levels
· 合理保持保洁用品的存货量。
· Recycle where possible
· 尽可能对资源进行再利用
· Works in line with businessrequirements
