Five star luxury hotel experience as Director or Assistant Director of Sales and Marketing.
Ability to integrate and cooperate well with other departments within the hotel.
Strong team leader, motivator and trainer, using hands on approach and leading by example.
Patience and understanding of different cultures required, although requirement.
Strong desire to set the standard for all aspects of sales and marketing in a highly competitive market place.
Clear communication skills, Mandarin and excellent English required.

l 全面负责公司的营销工作,分析、把握行业发展状况,依据公司整体战略,制定各阶段的营销战略规划;
l 根据公司经营目标,综合市场情况,制定相应的营销策略,监督实施销售全过程,完成销售任务;
l 负责构建全面的营销管理体系,组建营销团队,负责营销价格体系、营销预算的制定与审核;
l 负责营销宣传、活动推广、品牌公关等方案的制定和执行,并根据效果及时调整,在市场上建立品牌知名度;
l 准确把握公司的品牌定位,负责品牌对外推广和宣传,制定各种整合营销的活动,对危机事件做出有效反应;
l 负责组织营销渠道的拓展,与各地旅行社、涉旅机构和团体建立良好关系,并对各重点开发区域的渠道拓展工作进行指导、监督与检查。
岗位要求:
1、具有大专及以上文化水平,3年以上同岗位工作经验;
2、熟悉酒店客户群体,并有丰富的客户渠道及资源;
3、熟悉酒店行业的状况和发展趋势;
4、掌握酒店市场营销的专业知识,对市场营销工作有深刻的理解和认知,精通市场开发、品牌公关、营销策划、收益预订管理、销售拜访等业务,熟悉OTA、旅行社市场以及互联网营销技巧;
5、具有较强的团队管理能力、谈判能力、市场开拓能力、敏锐的市场洞察力;
6、具有较强的组织协调与沟通能力,良好的团队意识和敬业精神;
7、熟练操作办公软件与酒店系统。

Ensures that the outlet is kept clean and organized, both at the front as well as the back of house.

Assist to liaise with the Kitchen and Beverage Department on daily operations and quality control if appropriate.
