Cleans and maintains guest
rooms, guest corridors, linen rooms and cupboards according to set standards
and procedures

calling AYS for collection.

Prepare room attendant report,ooms are checked properly and that
discrepancies are properly marked down in the report. Inform the Floor Team
Leader.

Carry out valet services when
required including delivery of linen or processing laundry orders

如有需求则完成贴身管家服务,包括派送布草或处理洗衣预订等。

Remove room service trays and trolley from rooms. All rooms trolleys and
trays left in the rooms or corridor are to be removed to the service pantry
IMMEDIATELY, for collection by room service staff. Instruct Housekeeping Order
Taker to inform Room Service for collection as soon as noticed.

l 观察竞争对手的活动并协助市场动态调研。
l 根据在销售策略中既定目标,向新的、现有的、有可能的客户进行销售,并与其谈判商定最适合的价格以争取最大的利润。
l 通过客户管理,向现有的客户提供服务。
l 销售酒店的所有设施和产品,完成销售指标任务。
l 开发并保持定期的销售拜访,与目标市场主要联系人保持良好沟通。
l 与当地国内的和国际市场上的航空公司、旅行社、公司、网络第三方、会议及展会组织者,政府和行业协会保持良好联系,以发展新客户及维护已有客户。通过个人销售拜访、电话和邮件交流等与策划者、企业客户、航空公司、批发商等保持联系。
l 通过参与当地市场的各种活动在市场上树立良好形象。
l 招待客户。
l 计划并带领客人参观酒店环境。
l 商务旅行至其他城市对酒店进行推广,发掘潜在的业务。
l 监测现有业务,并在销售策略会上提出建议以扩大业务。
l 发展现有业务,并建立和寻找发展业务的机会。
l 评估市场销售数据。
l 协助新产品和服务的准备工作。
l 发掘散客及团队业务包括协调住店客人的事宜。
l 与住店客人见面交流以争取发展为新客户。
l 定期电话营销以及集中大规模陌生拜访用以发展新客户和维护已有客户。
l 有监管部门资产的责任和义务,在离职后,若在资产复盘后发现由管理不当引起的资产问题,将由本人负责。
l 按照上级领导的工作安排,完成工作,履行上级分派的其它职责。
本岗位采用外包用工形式,底薪3-5K+提成。
Responsible for testing including “log keeping books”/certification.
Conducting Fire Safety Training of all hotel staff to the appropriate level.Supervising hotel fire and smoke compartments, including all escape ways.Monitoring of hotel performance against the requirements of the Fire Safety Plan, reporting deviations & recommending corrective measures needs.
当值安全主任负责各岗位的分配,并且确保酒店客人和员工生命财产的安全。负责处理紧急事件。指示并监督安全调查员按部门和酒店的要求履行他们的职责。协助经理进行事件调查和报告。培训及监督下属遵守酒店规章制度。
To supervise the other guest service and the Front Desk attendants. To ensure that they are adhering to all hotel policies, procedures and standards while striving towards total guest satisfaction. To ensure that the above-mentioned areas are working in a professional manner at all times. Responsible for hiring, training and development of all concierge-related associates, so they are hospitable, outgoing and guest oriented.
监督其它宾客服务部及前台员工的工作。保证他们遵循酒店的规章制度,服务程序及标准并致力于提高所有客人的满意度。确保以上工作区域的员工能始终保持专业的态度。负责所有宾客关系员工的雇用,培训和发展事宜,使他们成为热情的,友好的和以客人为宗旨的员工。
