主要工作职责 ·        为客人送物：提供客人有需要的任何物品，如额外的毛巾、洗漱用品、餐具等，以及为客人送欢迎礼，确保客人的需求得到及时满足，同时保持礼貌和热情的服务态度。 ·        长住客人每月送水日/送酒水饮料：每个月15日/30日为长住客人提供大桶的饮用水。水桶空的时帮忙替换，并帮忙清洗饮水机。 ·        房间消杀：每月要带领消杀公司人员对楼层所有房间进行杀虫。 ·        团队入住准备房间：当有团队入住时，需要提前准备好预定的一居双床和两居四床的房间。 ·        晚间整理房间卫生： ·        收垃圾，客人有需要时帮忙清理客房内垃圾桶的垃圾，保持房间的整洁和卫生，处理废弃物品等。 ·        换床单被罩：晚间客人有需要更换客房的床单、被罩时，要熟练掌握更换床单、被罩的技巧，并确保更换后的床铺整洁、美观。 ·        简单整理房间：客人晚间有需要时，除更换床单被罩，还需要对房间进行简单的打扫，包括清理地面、擦拭家具、整理卫生间等。保持房间的整洁和卫生，为客人提供舒适的住宿环境。 ·        清洗楼层走廊地毯及房间内沙发、餐椅、地毯、窗帘,床头板、灯罩等的清洁：这些物品是客房内常见的设施，需要定期清洗和保养。需要按照酒店的规定和流程进行清洗，确保这些设施保持干净、整洁的外观。 ·        收取客衣、送客衣：如17：30-22：00长住客人衣物需要送洗时，负责收取这些衣物，并按照要求做好客衣清洗登记。每日洗衣厂送回的客衣要及时送回客人的房间。 ·        整理客房库房：定时排查状态不好的家具/家电，如洗衣机，冰箱有需要维修时要及时上报，协助工程部进行维修，若有状态不好，且无法提供给客人使用的家具家电及时盘点报损。 ·       确保各类客用品的摆放有序、易于取用。 ·        严格按照员工手册上的标准和部门规章制度执行日常工作。 ·        完成上级交办的其它任务。

What will I be doing?
