l 吸收公司产品、技术等知识,结合热点转化为适配内容,调整更新推广内容并多渠道传播。
l 制定、实施及跟踪新媒体推广策略,按效果总结反馈,通过增粉、提活跃度等提升整体收益。
l 负责市场部公文、信件等日常文档的撰写、编辑与处理。
资质需求:
l 本科及以上学历,工商管理、传媒、新闻、广告、互联网等相关专业;2年以上相关工作经验。
l 具备良好团队协作精神、组织策划能力及沟通演示技巧,逻辑思维与洞察力强。
l 热爱新媒体运营,能追踪热门话题并捕捉亮点,具备创意、运营管理、专题策划及信息采编整合能力。
l 熟练使用设计工具,有审美素养,掌握海报设计、图片编辑、视频拍摄剪辑等技能者优先。
l 有新媒体运营经验,拥有KOL/KOC 资源及项目运营能力者优先。
