Must ensure all meetings inquiries are handled within Meetings Successstandard procedures and always meet 2-hour turnaround standard.

Be informed on sales leads and business quoted to ensure business ismaximized. At all times, understand the client’s needs whilst optimising hotel revenue through strategic yield management and upselling of hotel facilities or service.

Support the Hotel Sales and Langham Meetings team with site inspections, client entertainment,familiarisations and other events that form part of the sales and marketingrevenue plan.
