Controlling of all bookings and status (OPT,TEN, DEF, LOS).

Be informed on sales leads and business quoted to ensure business ismaximized. At all times, understand the client’s needs whilst optimising hotel revenue through strategic yield management and upselling of hotel facilities or service.

5.每天向宴会销售总监汇报更新的活动信息,销售行动方案,客户宴请及客户反馈信息。
Daily report to DOE with update on bookings,sales action plan, ENT, guest feedback.
