Responsible for proactively soliciting group/catering business. The position is accountable for handling large group or other customer segments related to opportunities with significant revenue potential. Actively up-sells each business opportunity to maximize revenue for individual properties. Aligns customer profile with the appropriate product. Achieves personal and team related revenue goals. Ensures business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery in accordance with Edition standards. Creates opportunities to grow the account base through customer interactions.

2.上岗前查看交接本。.
3.注意保证游泳客人的安全,劝阻其离开危险区域,制止危险动作。
4.对在泳池发生危险或溺水的客人进行急救。
5.确保游泳者在安全的区域活动。
6.对泳池的客人提供高标准的服务,确保他们的安全。
7.发现问题及时向主管/经理汇报。
8.做好交接班工作。
1.Obey orders from the supervisor/manager and management.
2.Check the log book to follow up the issue need to finished.
3.To caution swimmers regarding potential unsafe areas and behaviour.
4.To rescue swimmers in danger of drowning and administer first aid.
5.To ensure swimmers are swim inside the swimming area.
6.To provide the celerity and effective service to every guest, and ensure them safety on the beach.
7.Report to the supervisor/manager immediately while the issues happened.
8.Ensure to read and sign log book.
