POSITION SUMMARY

Manages all sales activities and events including direct sales, sales solicitation, sales administration, public relations and management of the sale team

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensures that applicable operating procedures are implemented for the following:

1. To work with the Director of Sales & Marketing and Director of F&B to establish the strategic business plan for Room, Catering and Banquet sales.
与市场销售总监和餐饮总监一起制定客房,餐饮宴会销售计划。
2. Assists with the development of new product themes and services.
协助酒店新产品及服务的开发和推广。
3. Assists with the development of marketing strategies.
协助酒店市场战略的制订。
4. Assist with F&B measuring and controlling the cost to reach the standard by minimum expense
协助餐饮部衡量并合理控制经营成本,以恒定标准基础上达到最小支出。
5. Takes into account external economic issues when planning and making decisions.
做计划时考虑外界经济情况。
6. Manages financial reports, analysis, budgets and make pricing decisions for the department.
管理财务报告,财务分析、预算,制定部门的定价策略。
7. Ensures the achievement of business objectives according to budgeted guidelines for revenue and costs.
确保按照收入和开支预算实现经营目标。
8. Coordinates work operations within the department as well as other related departments.
与本部门及其他部门配合工作。
9. Prevents and resolves all guest concerns.
预防和处理客人所关心的问题。
10. To negotiate with clients ensuring that profitability guidelines of the hotel are adhered to and at the same time, guest needs and expectations are met.

11. Demonstrates effective and appropriate interaction with guests whilst maintaining a professional approach and image.

12. Possesses a high level of product and service knowledge in order to promote services and facilities to customers.
对酒店产品及服务有高度了解,以便更好地向客户销售酒店的服务及设施。
13. Develops appropriate administrative and communication policies and procedures in accordance with hotel’s goals and guidelines.
根据酒店的目标和方向,制订合适的行政及沟通规定和程序。
14. Assist with marketing communication Dept. to schedule the promotion & advertisement
与市场传讯部有效协调沟通并制定相应的宣传及促销计划。
15. Monitor the F&B operation process to ensure the hotel standard
监督餐饮部对客的整体服务流程以确保达到酒店既定的规范化标准。
16. Accomplishes sales calls on prospective clients to develop and maintain relationship.
拜访有潜力的客户,发展并保持与客户的合作关系。
17. Abides by the hotel Employee Handbook.
遵守酒店员工守则。
18. Abides by both the hotel and Swissotel hote policies and procedures.

19. Carries out other tasks as directed by supervisor

EDUCATION / CERTIFICATES / EXPERIENCE
教育背景、任职资质、工作经验:
1、College degree or above in Sales, Marketing or related field.
大专或以上,市场营销或相关专业。
2、3 years of relevant experience or similar supervisory role, or an equivalent combination of
education and work-related experience.
3年相关工作经验或类似的管理职位,或同等的教育和工作经验的结合。
