【岗位职责】
1.负责运动俱乐部项目的管理与推广,包括但不限于:
① 面向观澜湖会员及业主,筹建观澜湖运动俱乐部并招募成员,打造运动健身社群交流平台;
② 定期策划并举办赛事和运动交流活动,涵盖高尔夫、网球、保龄球、乒乓球、羽毛球、滑雪等运动项目,促进成员间的体育交流;
③ 负责统筹活动全过程,保证活动顺利落地举办,包括但不限于前期流程制定/场地安排/宣传推广/部门协作沟通、活动现场统筹协调、活动回顾。
2.协助处理会员的咨询、记录会员的意见和建议、受理客诉;
3.参与会籍及地产销售;
4.完成上级安排的相关工作任务。
【任职要求】
1.本科及以上学历,两年以上工作经验,有体育活动承办经验者优选;
2.英语听说读写优秀,可作为工作语言;
3.成熟稳重,良好的客服技巧,英/粤语语言能力者为佳。

Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Front Office Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel. · Well developed communication and customer relations skills.
