To supervise the operation and
cleaning of the department during the shift, to ensure that the food and
beverage supplies meet the high hygiene standards. Comply with local health and
safety regulations, or other applicable regulations, as well as brand
specifications and local regulations.
Responsible
for supervising the stewarding operation during shift and for cleaning and
maintaining food and beverage back of the house & kitchen to a highest
hygienic standards. Promotes the desired work culture and the brand ethos.

In absence of Manager conducts shift briefings to

During the shift, oversees the preparation of

Supervises the receivable and storage of

Assists the Chief Steward in developing training
plans, develops training material in accordance with Hotel’s

Assists the Chief Steward in setting Stewarding

Assists in determining the minimum and maximum
stocks and controls the par-stocks of all material and equipment.协助决定库存的最小值和最大值,控制所有材料和设备的标准库存。
·
Supervises the counting of inventories in
coordination with personals of the Finance division.配合财务部人员监督库存盘点
·
Liaise with employees of the Engineering Division

Ensure cleanliness of the restaurant and back of

2. HUMAN RESOURCES AND
TRAINING RESPONSIBILITIES

Works with Superior and Human Resource Manager to

Conduct on the job training in accordance with
the departmental standards and procedures and maintains a record of progress

3. FINANCIAL
RESPONSIBILITIES 财务职责

Works with superior in

Recycles where-ever

procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within OH&S
