· Constant customer contact directed towards existing customer and potential customers

· Represents LUX* LTHR and participates in sales activities in different cities

· Fulfils customer relationship management responsibilities and sales goals for defined customers through planned sales visits

· Monitors and reports on marketing competition in own markets
监控和汇报酒店的营销竞争对手的情况
· Prepares and updates sales reports and ensure all necessary follow up is carried out on time

· Distributes actively resorts information and creates brand awareness in the market

· Participates in planning and realization of sales and marketing campaigns together with the Head of Sales & Marketing within defined markets

· Assists in planning and coordinates of sales activities and events

· Assists in coordinating the development of all sales collaterals

· Maintains all account information updated in the sales system

· Carries out other tasks as directed by Head of Sales & Marketing & General Manager
