JOB RESPONSIBILIES 【岗位职责】
1.Greet and greet the guests, keep a clean, friendly and pleasant image in front of the guests at any time, and ensure that their clothes, hairstyles, light makeup and other aspects all meet the specified requirements.

2.Maintains par stocks of all equipment and guest supplies as required.
根据所定的程序引领客人入座、接受点菜及为客人服务食品及饮料。
3.Ensures the delivery of brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times.
礼貌而高效地处理所有客人和内部客人的投诉和询问,确保问题得到圆满解决。
4.Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.

5.Ensures that minimum brand standards have been implemented.
