·1.Responsible for guest
satisfaction and serving food and beverages.

· 2.Carry out pre-service duties
and mis-en-place.
做好服务前的岗前职责和准备工作。
· 3. Ensure all fixtures and
operating equipment is in good working condition.
确保所有的设施和操作设备处于良好的工作状态。
· 4.Takes every opportunity to be a
“sales person” and promote special events, promotions and facilities.
抓住一切机会成为一名“销售人员”,推广特殊活动、促销活动和设施。
· 5.Reports records of Sales,
guest complaints, solutions and all concerns pertaining to personnel or
equipment to Superiors.
向上级报告销售记录,客人投拆、解决办法及所涉及的人员或设备。
