1.负责保证客人的意见都被反馈,并记入客人历史数据库。
Be responsible for the ensuring that all the guest comments are reponsed and are updated in all necessary Guest History databases.
2.追求客人满意,以个性化及有效服务吸引客人再次入住。确保每位客人是满意地离开酒店的。
Maintain guest satisfaction and ensure repeat business through personalised, efficient service. Is responsible that all customers leave satisfied.
3.感谢客人入住并欢迎他们再次入住。
Thank our customers and invite them to return.
4.遵守安全规定,确保酒店安全。发生事故,及时上报。遵守酒店的安全规范。负责设备操作前的安全指导工作
Maintain safety by adhering to safest policies, being responsible to report all accidents immediately. Support all safety programs. Ensure proper safety instructions are given before operating any equipment.
5.完成上级下达的任务。
To perform any other duties as assigned by management.
任职资格 Qualification
1.1年相关工作经历,或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景
Minimum of one years of relevant work experience.Or equivalent combination of education and related work experience background.
2.良好的沟通技能。
Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
3. 拥有食品服务经验并具有餐厅运营的一般性知识者优先考虑。
Excellent motivational skills.
