【岗位职责】 1、负责西餐菜品的制作，包括前菜、主菜、甜点等，确保出品符合酒店标准及客人需求。 2、根据菜单要求准备食材，合理控制食材成本，避免浪费。 3、保持厨房工作区域的清洁卫生，严格遵守食品安全及卫生管理制度。 4、协助厨房主管完成每日备餐工作，确保出餐效率与质量。 5、定期检查厨房设备的使用情况，及时上报维修需求。 6、参与新菜品的研发与试制，提出改进建议。 7、配合团队完成临时安排的厨房工作任务。 【岗位要求】 1、具备西餐烹饪基础技能，熟悉西餐制作流程及标准。 2、能够适应快节奏工作环境，具备较强的抗压能力。 3、工作认真负责，注重细节，有团队合作精神。 4、身体健康，无传染性疾病，持有健康证。 5、愿意学习新菜品及烹饪技术，提升自身专业能力。 6、有酒店或西餐厅工作经验者优先，无经验者可提供培训。
