【岗位职责】 1、负责准确、高效地录入和更新客人的预订信息、入住信息及其他相关数据至酒店管理系统 2、核对并确保所有录入的客人信息完整、准确，及时发现并修正错误数据 3、协助处理客人档案的整理、归档及维护工作，确保数据安全与保密 4、配合前台、预订部等其他部门，及时提供所需的客人信息支持 5、定期生成并提交客人信息相关的统计报表，供管理层参考 6、遵守酒店的数据保护政策及信息安全规范，确保客人隐私不被泄露 【岗位要求】 1、具备良好的中文读写能力，能够熟练操作电脑及常用办公软件（如Excel、Word等） 2、细心、耐心，对数字敏感，能够高效处理大量数据且保证准确性 3、具备基本的英文读写能力者优先，能处理简单的英文信息录入 4、有酒店行业相关工作经验或信息录入经验者优先。 5、能够适应轮班工作制（包括早班、晚班及周末班次）。 6、具备良好的团队合作意识及沟通能力，能积极配合其他部门完成工作。
