MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES主要职责:
Under the guidance and supervision of the HSKP
Supervisor within the limits established JW Marriott Hotel,
Housekeeping Department policies and procedures; maintain the cleanliness,
orderliness and sanitary condition of assigned Floor rooms and its surrounding
Public Areas, including service areas, linen pantry and supply storeroom, lift
lobbies and backstairs.
在楼层主管的指导下共同建立酒店、客房部的政策和流程,维持清洁保养、井然有序的状态,包括公共区域,服务区域,工作间和储藏室,电梯间和后通道。
SPECIFIC
DUTIES工作任务:
1.
Ensure
day-to-day operational efficiency of the section:
确保每天部门的工作能被有效地完成:
a
Collect and sign for section card key and get
reports from the Floor Team Leader, ensure complete information is on hand
before starting the day’s job including special information such as allocated
VIP and group rooms.
领取钥匙后签字并且在开始上班之前拿到所需要的信息,比如当天的要到达的贵宾及团队。

Clean and provide services to all assigned rooms
including the refrigerator:
清洁并提供所有楼层服务以及补充冰箱
Ensure proper procedures in cleaning/ servicing/
turning down beds are strictly followed
确保一切清洁、服务、开夜床的程序严格遵守。
Observe proper bed making as instructed according
to approved procedures
检查床是否按照正确的程序以及被允许的方法来做。
Observe proper procedure in cleaning bathroom/
toilet with the use of the right chemicals.
检查是否用正确的程序来清洁卫生间、马桶是否用正确的清洁剂来清洁。
Replenish all guest amenities and stationeries
consumed by guest according to standard set up.
补充所有客用备品以及被客人消耗的文具用品,按照标准放在规定的位置。
Dust all furniture, fixtures and fittings to ensure
they are free from dust.
清洁家具灰尘,确保所有地方没有灰尘。
Vacuuming daily carpets and upholstery properly.
Spot shampoo carpet and upholstery, to maintain its clean appearance.
每天吸尘以及地毯的局部清洁,保持良好的外观。
Refrigerator glasses should be clean, spotless and
free from dust.
冰箱里的玻璃杯必须保持清洁,无污点并没有灰尘。
Hang properly, inside
the wardrobe, and guests clothing found in the room为客人挂好衣物。
Water potted plant wherever necessary需要时给植物浇水。
Maintain upkeep of flower arrangement in the rooms.
Request for replacement if necessary.需要时维护或更换鲜花。
Set temperature in rooms, as instructed.根据指令调节温度。
Remove stale/rotten fruits in the rooms.将坏的水果拿出扔掉。
Immediately report to the Floor Team Leader any
missing or damaged furniture, fixture and equipment.
如果有遗失的家具、固定资产和设备立即报告领班。
Carry out spring cleaning program assigned by the HSKP
Supervisor-Floor, especially during low season.
落实楼层主管分配的额外需要清洁的房间尤其在淡季。
Clean widows according to procedure.根据制度清洁窗玻璃。
Shampoo carpet, as instructed.根据指令清洗地毯。
Polish marble flooring according to schedule.
Vacuum, brush and sop shampoo corridor carpets, wipe and Polish Corridor wood
works, polish metal fixtures in the corridors.
大理石地面抛光吸尘,清洗走廊地毯,走廊木制品和金属物品的表面擦灰。
Maintain cleanliness of lift lobbies (guest
elevator landing area), and standing ash ums frequently during tour of duty.
维持客人电梯口的清洁必要时清洁立式烟缸。
Bring down rubbish and empty bottles to waste
disposal area.
清空瓶子并将垃圾扔到指定区域。

Remove room service trays and trolley from rooms.
All rooms trolleys and trays left in the rooms or corridor are to be removed to
the service pantry IMMEDIATELY, for collection by room service staff. Instruct
Housekeeping Order Taker to inform Room Service for collection as soon as
noticed.
移走房内或走廊上客房送餐的盘子和车子并打电话给办公室文员通知送餐服务员立即收走。

Forward all lost and found items to the HSKP
Supervisor-Floor. All items found in the rooms must be
reported IMMEDIATELY to the Order Taker:将客房内客人遗留物品告知楼层主管,并且立即报告给文员。
Report to the HSKP
Supervisor-Floor and Housekeeping Order Taker immediately for
valuable items found.
立即报告楼层主管和文员客人遗留有价值的东西。
Fill in all information in the Lost and Found
report.
将客人遗留物品的信息写清楚。
Valuable items should be surrendered to
Housekeeping Office right away and normal items before going to lunch or at the
end the shift duty.
贵重物品应立即交到办公室,其余物品在用餐及交予办公室文员处。

Check and
report refrigerator:
检查并报告冰箱内物品。
Check for guest consumption daily.
检查每天客人消耗品。
Complete the refrigerator list and report
consumption to Order Taker according to approved procedure.
根据程序报告给文员客人的消耗物品。
All refrigerator consumed items must be replenished
in the rooms wile room attendants are carrying out room cleaning.
在清洁客房时补充所有消耗品。
Call LDY immediately for laundry collection before
12:00am daily.
打电话给洗衣房收在12点之前送洗衣服。
Ensure laundry dry cleaning list has been completed
by guest before calling AYS for collection.
确保送洗的衣服是客人填好单子的。
Ensure used laundry list and laundry bags are
replenished.
确保补充好洗衣单和洗衣袋。

Prepare
room attendant report:
填写员工报表
Ensure rooms are checked properly and that discrepancies are
properly marked down in the report. Inform the HSKP
Supervisor-Floor.
确保房态差异被检查好并做好记录,通知楼层主管。

Carry out
turn down service according to approved procedure:
根据要求做好夜床服务。

Take rooms status check and fill in the room report:
检查房态和填写工作单。
Help maintaining security by reporting any
suspicious looking characters on the floor:
协助安保并报告可疑人物。
Damaged and stained linen must be returned to linen
room.
如发现有污渍和破损的布草必须还到制服间。

Report
repair and maintenance required in the guest room immediately to the Order Taker to ensure that
everything in the room is functioning according to the standards set by the rooms. Inform the
HSKP Supervisor-Floor immediately.
报修房内的工程给文员和楼层主管。

Keep linen
room, supply racks and service area clean, orderly, tidy and sanitary:保持布草客用品架子和服务区清洁整齐和干净。
Service toilet to be kept clean, sanitary and free
from foul/ bad odor at all times.
保持工作间内厕所干净卫生无异味。

Return
the key to the security Department and the day's work report to the floor
supervisor before leaving work.
下班前将钥匙交回保安部,及当日工作报表交给楼层主管。

Room
attendant will do the following public area cleaning on the floors:
清洁走廊的程序
Vacuum corridor carpet 走廊吸尘。
Dust and wipe oval table and art work.家具和木制品抹尘。
Dust and wipe consul table, two table lamp shades,
and remove and dust smudges on the mirror.
桌子抹尘,灯罩抹尘,镜子无手印。
Dusting of all picture frame/ art works on the
wall.
画框和工艺品抹尘。
Be aware
of Floor emergency, safety and pest control procedures. Maintain personal grooming as per Hotel and Floor standard to project and efficient, professional,
neat and tidy appearance to guest and set an example to colleagues.
被告知楼层紧急事件,安全,和杀虫程序。保证个人仪容仪表整洁专业。
2. Maintain
a favourable working relationship with all associates to
foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate.
与所有员工保持积极的工作关系,以建立和提高团队合作和和谐。
3.Abide by both the hotel and Marriott & hotel
policies and procedures.
遵守酒店和集团政策及执行程序。
4.Daily operations shall be performed in strict
accordance with CSAT&ISRA standards.
日常操作严格按照CSAT&ISRA标准执行
5.To assist
in other areas of department and hotel as required.
当部门或酒店有其他工作安排或需要帮忙时请配合完成。
6.To perform any other duties as assigned by the
supervisors.
