【岗位职责】 1. 视觉内容生产（核心工作，占比60%）： 负责酒店全业态（客房、餐饮、会议、婚宴）的专业摄影与摄像工作。 短视频创作： 独立完成抖音/视频号/小红书短视频的脚本策划、拍摄、剪辑及效果包装。 平面拍摄与精修： 负责菜品上新、活动跟拍、客房宣传图的拍摄，并进行精修（PS/LR），输出符合品牌调性的高质感图片。 2. 账号运营与推广（占比30%）： 负责酒店官方新媒体矩阵（主要为小红书、抖音、微信视频号）的日常更新与维护。 结合酒店节点（如双11、年夜饭、婚礼季），制定内容发布计划，提升账号活跃度与粉丝量。 3. 跨部门协作（占比10%）： 配合销售部、餐饮部挖掘产品卖点，提供视觉支持。 【岗位要求】 1. 经验与背景： 大专及以上学历，摄影、数字媒体、广告设计等相关专业优先。 1-3年 酒店、旅游、高端餐饮或生活方式类品牌的内容制作经验优先 2. 硬核技能： 摄影器材： 精通使用单反/微单（Sony/Canon系列）、云台、灯光等摄影器材。 后期软件： 精通 Photoshop、Lightroom（修图），精通 Premiere、Final Cut 或 剪映专业版（剪辑）。 3. 加分项： 会无人机航拍。 熟练使用AI工具（如ChatGPT写脚本、Midjourney做参考图）者优先。 有成功运营过1万粉以上账号的经验。
