岗位职责： 1. 每班检查当日抵店客人信息，包括贵宾、优先顾客、常规客人、团队的情况以及特别要求，与所有部门保持良好的工作关系。 2. 熟悉前厅部工作标准及程序。 3.协助酒店管理层负责及整个饭店的运作收集对客服务过程中所产生的问题信息。 4.前厅部经理的直接领导下，在当班期间负责整个酒店的正常运作。 5.负责处理宾客的问题和投诉。 6.负责重要宾客的迎领工作 7.解决当班期间发生的安全问题。 岗位要求： 1.大专以上学历，有3年以上前台工作经验。同岗位工作经验至少一年。 2.良好的中英文沟通能力。 3.反应敏捷，具有较好的管理和协调能力，能够很好的发挥管理、领导和监督的作用。 4.注重细节，工作有责任心，敢于承担责任，执行力强。 5.有上进心和良好的学习能力和抗压能力。
