【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店客房的日常清洁与整理工作，确保客房卫生标准符合酒店要求； 2、及时补充客房内的各类用品，如毛巾、洗漱用品、茶具等，并检查设施设备是否完好； 3、按照服务流程为客人提供入住、退房等相关服务，确保客人需求得到及时响应； 4、发现客房设备故障或损坏时，及时上报维修并跟进处理； 5、协助处理客人提出的合理需求，提供优质的客房服务体验； 6、遵守酒店的安全与卫生管理制度，确保工作区域整洁有序。 【岗位要求】 1、具备良好的服务意识，能够以热情、耐心的态度对待客人； 2、身体健康，能适应一定强度的体力劳动，如搬运物品、长时间站立等； 3、工作细致认真，有责任心，能独立完成客房清洁与整理任务； 4、具备团队合作精神，能与同事有效沟通协作； 5、无相关工作经验者可接受培训，有酒店客房服务经验者优先；

【岗位职责】 1、根据部门总体市场策略编制自己分管的市场的销售计划。 2、对本市场中的客源大户要熟悉他们的基本情况，随时关注其变化并适时做出应对。 3、对新市场进行开发。 4、管理开发好自己的客户。 5、负责组织销售计划的审定及落实，并进行督查。 6、掌握每日销售接待活动，并审核销售记录卡。 7、协助部门经理做好本市场客户的建立及升级管理工作，保持客户档案的完整。 【岗位要求】 1、大专以上学历。有从事酒店前台、销售、公关等部门的工作经历。 2、有较强的语言表达能力，能撰写市场调研报告，具有起草工作计划、总结及业务汇报的能力。
