As a Service Manager - IT, we rely on you to
Lead the IT team to support business operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time
Provide leadership and guidance in relation to the development and implementation of system architecture, data architecture, business processes, security, scalability and performance
Oversee the development, maintenance, operation and support of the hotel’s hardware and software application systems
Implement policies and procedures for architecture, security, IT standards, systems and network management
Continuously look for opportunities to support business initiatives with new technology whenever appropriate
Make recommendations for system improvements and upgrades
We are looking for someone who:
Has a passion for Information Technology
Preferably has relevant experience with an International 5* Hotel Group
Preferably has a degree in Information Technology or other related discipline
Follows market trends closely and considers ways to adopt pioneering technology into the business
Able to lead and motivate the team
Enjoys interacting with people
Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new technology trends
