为客人提供优质的餐厅服务,包括迎接客人、帮助客人安排座位、介绍菜单、推荐菜品、为客人点菜等。
Provide high-quality restaurant service to guests, including greeting guests, assisting with seating arrangements, introducing menus, recommending dishes, taking orders, etc.根据客人要求,提供专业的建议和帮助,如搭配酒水、推荐菜品等。
Provide professional advice and assistance to guests as requested, such as pairing with beverages, recommending dishes, etc.确保餐厅环境整洁、安全,及时清理和摆放餐具和餐桌,保持餐厅的高品质形象。
Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the restaurant environment, timely clean and arrange utensils and tables, and maintain the high-quality image of the restaurant.熟悉菜单和酒水知识,能够对客人的问题和要求做出及时和准确的回答。
Be familiar with menu and beverage knowledge, able to provide timely and accurate responses to guests' questions and requests.处理客人的投诉和意见,积极改善服务质量。
