协助财务总监有效完成各项财务管理工作，编制财务报表，分析，预估和预算，使STEY各项财务工作符合法律规定，标准及STEY制度规范。 清楚了解STEY关于财务的标准、财务制度和标准操作规程。 紧密监督及领导审计及应收主管，严格执行其职责。 检查审计程序正确完整的执行，调查并报告审计运行中出现的差异。 检查各类免费和折扣得到相应的批准。 调查所有运营项目及价格的变化，与社区经理探讨更正措施。 确认系统中所有的交易编码正确及有效，负责各大合作平台的日常账务管理和核对。 遵守STEY的信贷制度，确保所有挂帐的账户都通过相应的信贷控制程序。 沟通所有与挂账有关的收款和信贷事宜，及时催收应收账款，确保信贷操作顺利而高效。 审核日常客房账务是否被正确以及及时的操作，及时编制每日收入报表等相关运营报表。 向财务总监及各酒店社区经理报告客户欠费信息，严格控制逾期账款，并同时对账目进行讨论和解决。 适时的发送每周、每月的大金额应收余款报告，报告任何有可能无法收回的帐项。 定期的评估内部控制系统，确保建立的内部控制措施得以贯彻并将出现的偏差呈报上级，如有必要采取改正措施。 正确处理信用卡手续费并熟悉使用这些信用卡的相关规定和法律, 和清算流程及信用卡政。 查询各渠道付款流水与银行进帐金额一致。 准备所有相关会计凭证进行帐务登记。 协助财务总监整理相关出纳方面的工作事宜。 保持完好存档以备查询和审计。 领导交办的其他工作。

In short, this role is Hotel Operation+ Sales& Marketing + Community Building rolled into one. Stey’s assistant community manager is the #2 of the property in charge, he/she works closely with Community Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the property. This role will not only have the responsibility to make sure things are in order on a day to day basis (operation) , but equally important, Assistant Community Manager is committed at fostering the vibrancy of the community (community building) , as well as promoting the project to potential customers （sales& marketing）. Here are the major responsibilities, but there are so much more   Oversee smooth and personalized hospitality is provided to Steyers by community associates    Train junior team members, so that they can one day be as proficient at their job as you are.   Build a close relationship with Steyers, this is achieved by knowing what they like and don’t like, their pet peeves, so that they feel understood and pampered.   Work with community manager to host different events, for the goal of enriching Steyer’s social experience with us and their attachment to the community.   Actively promoting the community to external parties, whether it is an individuals or a company, in order to attract new Steyers as either long term tenants or hotel guests.   Contribute to the social media contents posted by Stey, such as providing materials for Wechat, Weibo and Instagram. What are the requirements to get a job like this?   You have worked in hospitality industry with a customer-facing job for at least 3 years+, but this is not a must.
